We're a small independent brand based in Barcelona, and every order is packed with care before making its way out into the world.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, and you'll always see the final amount before payment.

Once you've placed your order you'll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we'll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

Please allow 2–6 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Spain: 1–2 business days

European Union & United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

North America: 7–10 business days

Australia, New Zealand & most international destinations: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier.

VAT, Customs & Duties

European Union

Orders within the European Union are shipped with all applicable taxes included in the purchase price.

United Kingdom

Orders up to £135 are generally free from additional VAT and import duties. Orders above this value may be subject to VAT, import duties or courier handling fees before delivery.

United States

At present we're unable to ship to the United States while recent changes to US import regulations are being implemented. We're monitoring the situation closely and hope to resume shipping as soon as a reliable solution is available.

Other International Destinations

For destinations outside the European Union, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes or clearance fees upon arrival. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll always do our best to help.

In accordance with European consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Because SOAP makes underwear, we kindly ask that items are tried on with care and returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where returned items show signs of wear or cannot be resold.
