Please note that we can't accept any returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons – so please select your correct size! We appreciate your understanding.

Your total shipping cost will depend on where we're sending the underwear to, which you can see displayed at the checkout.

We calculate delivery times as soon as the order departs our warehouse. Shipping to some addresses may take a bit longer than others, depending on the specific location and the carrier.

Once you place your order you'll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we'll send you a second email with tracking information.

We ship to a number of international destinations. You can select your country at the checkout for live shipping and delivery rates. If you don't see your country listed, it's possible that we don't ship there yet. Contact us at hello@soapunderwear.com for more information on what's possible.

We offer free shipping on orders over 150 EUR for customers in the EU and UK.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Important: For orders placed with standard shipping, please anticipate a processing time of 2-6 working days. Some may take longer, especially for destinations that are further away. Delivery times are dependent on the courier option selected at checkout.

VAT, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES

United States
NB: Due to the fact the postal services across Spain and Europe have suspended most parcel shipments to the US, we've have to temporarily pause orders until new policy on small item shipping becomes clearer. Apologies to our US customers! Hoping for a solution to this soon.

European Union
Orders within the European Union and the list of countries below are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

United Kingdom
Orders up to £135 are free of any VAT or import duties. Above £135, Royal Mail, Parcelforce or the courier company may charge additional VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’). More info here.

Rest of World
For countries outside of the EU we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.
